2+ Bedroom Apartment

Our Flanders-Upper apartment includes two comfortable bedrooms, a separate office (or small third bdrm), kitchen, 1-1/2 baths, & laundry.

Ideally located in the heart of Portland’s most charming and vibrant neighborhood, visitors walk to myriad shops, restaurants, and cafes, enjoy the beauty and serenity of Washington Park and the largest natural urban park in the US.

We are a short walk to the Portland Streetcar and MAX lightrail (PGE Park Station) with direct service to the airport (PDX).

The apartment is available for a minimum of 5 nights. Rent is $148 per night (not including 16% lodging tax) and includes all utilities including wifi. No landline phone
A cleaning deposit of $195 is due at the time of booking. It is refundable if the apartment is left clean
With rentals of at least four weeks, one week of rent is due one month in advance. For shorter-term rentals (under four weeks), the first week's rent is due two weeks in advance. Weekly rent is due on the first day of the rental week.
Cancellation: 30 days for a 4+ week rental, 14 days for a 1 to 3-week rental. Deposit and prepaid rent are non-refundable for cancellations within the cancellation period.
No pets. No smoking.
Perfect for out-of-town visitors, commuters, people relocating to Portland, OHSU rotations, health care professionals (we are close to most major hospitals) business people, etc. Ideal location in the heart of NW Portland, between NW 23rd and NW 21st in a 1908 Craftsman house.

Apartment includes:

1 Queen bed and 1 twin in one bedroom.large closet bedroom with closet, table and chairs.
1 Queen in the other bedroom with closet, table and chairs
The kitchen is fully equipped (cooktop, toaster oven, micro, coffeemaker, dishes, etc.)
Washer/dryer in the apartment.
Wifi and all utilities (except phone) included.

Parking

All parking in the neighborhood is metered running from 9 am to 7 pm. We have a limited number of parking permits allowing guests to park without paying at the meter - the exception is NW 21st and NW 23rd where parking permits are not allowed. In order to reserve a parking permit you must provide your plate number. Please note: we are located in a dense neighborhood and parking can be challenging at certain times.
